I was searching for the video on time travel shown on discovery. I finally found it on you tube.

But one thing to remember is that you are taking about slowing your heartbeat thereby you live longer i.e. you live a life of 1 year with very slow hearbeat/light thereby others wouldhave lived more than you for that 1 year.
So 1year for you = 100 years for somebody
This way you have reached future.... (sadly you cant go back in the past.... to tell others that you saw the future ;) )
